I along with the Abundant Peace United Church of Christ extend our prayers and support to the people who reside in the southern part of our Country. Hurricane Laura has formed in the Gulf to be followed by Hurricane Marco. Both Hurricanes are predicted to reach category 4 status as it hits the people of Southern Louisiana and then onward to Southern Texas. I have received several calls from families who have begun evacuation from Louisiana to Texas.
Please join us as we pray for the safety of all those individuals who are affected by these back to back Hurricanes.
